Welcome to Mowo Fleet, a brand under JSS Mobility Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel a booking or request a refund. We aim to provide a fair and transparent process for all users. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the conditions outlined in this policy.
1. Cancellations by User
You may cancel through the App before dispatch. Once the trip begins or a vehicle is assigned, cancellations may incur charges or may not be possible.

2. Cancellations by Us
We may cancel bookings due to operational constraints or emergencies. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

3. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, following our Privacy Policy and payment provider’s timelines.
